Parason Machine is a full service precision Swiss Automatic Machine shop that utilizes Strohm Swiss cam driven machines. We are one of the most capable Swiss Automatic Machine shops in the country. This is due to stringent machine maintenance and over 40+ years experience in the machining of High Performance Plastics.
We routinely run very difficult, small and intricate parts with OD’s as small as .010 diameter, thin walls of .0010 and surface finishes better than a “16” finish to very tight tolerances of (+/-.0002) over long runs. All parts are machined to exact specifications.
In addition to machining complete parts on the Swiss automatics, our in house second operations capabilites include, but are not limited to, slotting, cross drilling, centerless grinding and tool making. Our on staff toolmaker fabricates all of our tools including, our multiple step drills and cutting tools which enables us to respond quickly to any dimensional changes. With over 40+ years of experience, we can offer expert consultation on applications specific to your requirements. If quality, quantity and price are what you’re looking for, we have the equipment to deliver. Our employees who are responsible for running the machines once they are set up, are highly trained with all measuring equipment necessary to ensure they are holding the tolerance required by our customers. They are also trained how to run each job or part once it is turned over to the operator. Each job has specific instructions as to stocking up the machines, what type and size material, number of feet needed, inspection equipment used, and how to measure the part.
